So I know this topic has been talked about from twitter to cable news to probably around the water cooler at work but I thought I'd share my thoughts on the whole "Rapture of 2011".
I'm not sure why any Christian group would think they could predict the exact date and time of Jesus second coming. All it takes is to open ones Bible and turn to Matthew 24:43-44:
"But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into".

"So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him."
(Don't you just love the wisdom that's between those pages! It makes sense, right?)
The whole point is to have trust, be obedient and have faith in our father. If we follow that then we'll be prepared for Christs second coming and it won't matter when~
